Chef Szilard Sipos is a highly professional home chef. Experienced in all cuisine for many years and with extensive Private Chef experience from Stately Homes to Corporate Prize functions in any situation.

As capable of looking after your own personally bagged game and producing fine galantine and pies of professional quality as she is with sticking to extremely complex dietary needs.

Szilard has been chef patron of his own family  restaurant and executive chef in five star hotel but has also had extensive in-house experience as a Private Chef to many distinguished and well known clients. Cooking in a client's own home is a far different kettle of fish to restaurant cooking.

Many times the situation is beyond the experience of a catering school graduate. Other domestic staff need to be considered and must not be threatened in any way by the presence of a temporary outsider. Yet all of the health and safety details must be fully complied with for the safety of the clients.

It takes great managerial skill as well as culinary discipline and talent to produce good wholesome food with spectacular presentation and above all exquisite taste in these circumstances.

A chef who is experienced with precise timing but understands the idiosincrassies of a busy household and will not let a crisis ever ruin dinner.

One who would never dream of throwing a tantrum or swearing in the kitchen. A chef who is as experienced with the vegetable garden as she is with the market and suppliers...who has no reservations about getting up at 6 am to go and pick the freshest produce without causing any damadge or angst for the gardeners who work so hard to produce it.

Chef rates:

1 Day for dinner party or function = £200.00 (includes pre-prep and shopping day) 

3 consequitive days = £150.00 per day all found

5 consequitive days = £130.00 per day all found

Weekly rate (7 consequitive days) £750 all found Plus travel for all stopovers and distance
 

All ingredients that are to be purchased by the chef are extra at cost.When the chef is in your service all of his  skills and knowledge are at your disposal. Whatever the request the chef will deal with it pleasurably and to the very best of his abilities.    Contact
