Szilard has been chef patron of his own family restaurant and executive chef in five star hotel but has also had extensive in-house experience as a Private Chef to many distinguished and well known clients. Cooking in a client's own home is a far different kettle of fish to restaurant cooking.
Many times the situation is beyond the experience of a catering school graduate. Other domestic staff need to be considered and must not be threatened in any way by the presence of a temporary outsider. Yet all of the health and safety details must be fully complied with for the safety of the clients.
It takes great managerial skill as well as culinary discipline and talent to produce good wholesome food with spectacular presentation and above all exquisite taste in these circumstances.

1 Day for dinner party or function = £200.00 (includes pre-prep and shopping day)
3 consequitive days = £150.00 per day all found
5 consequitive days = £130.00 per day all found
Weekly rate (7 consequitive days) £750 all found Plus travel for all stopovers and distance
